Weddings Thornton Hall Wirral
CHESHIRE | LANCASHIRE | MANCHESTER | LIVERPOOL
Mr and Mrs Sparks were married at St Paul’s church in Ellesmere Port Cheshire on the 3rd December. I started the day off photographing the bridal preparations at Gemma’s home with the beautiful Bride, her mum, and bridesmaids. When the hair and makeup had been done it was time for Gemma to be heled into her wedding dress, she looked beautiful. Her bridesmaids also too looked gorgeous all dressed in dark red matching long dresses, perfect for a December wedding. It was time for me to leave so I could meet up with my second photographer who was already at St Pauls church who was photographing the day guest arriving. When I arrived, Daniel, the groom was standing at the top of the aisle next to his best man, his brother. First to walk up the wedding aisle was the bridesmaids and the flower girl followed by Gemma linked arm in arm to her mum. looking around the church I could not help but notice that the guests were shedding a few happy tears. Everyone watched and witnessed Daniel and Gemma say their wedding vows to each other and become Mr and Mrs Sparks.
After the signing of the register, everyone gathered outside on the grounds of the church so we could do a large traditional group photograph. St Paul’s church is a very special place to Danial and his family as this is where his grandad was buried so we got some photographs of this very special moment too. When everyone was ready to go we headed to Thornton Hall where the Party reception that was being held. When everyone arrived they had a dink and relaxed, why I went into the hotel grounds and started on the family photographs. When all the traditional photos had been taken it was time to concentrate on Gemma and Daniel couple photographs for their wedding album. Wedding Breakfast – Best man Speech It was now time for the wedding breakfast. First came the speeches, which were hilarious, by the end of the mother of the bride speeches, there was hardly a dry eye in the room. After the speeches, Mr and Mrs Sparks cut their wedding cake. Afterwards, I managed to steal them both away from their guest for a few more photographs in the hotel using the hotels beautiful décor features. This led nicely onto the party reception and into their wedding dance. A perfect ending to a perfect day. I wish Danial and Gemma all the very best for their future together
